Weekly Development Snapshot

• Updated zond-web3-wallet with the new address format
• Added CI/CD for the release of zond-web3-wallet, along with the fix for the balance related UI bug
• Vortex IDE updated to support new address format and new zond-web3-wallet and is currently being tested
• hypc-bin repo is still in progress to maintain the historical builds of Hyperion compiler
• zond-contract-example updated with new hypc-js library and compatible with the new Zond
• Published zond-web3-wallet-dapp-example an example repo to create dApp on Zond interacting with the zond-web3-wallet
